This section describes how to connect the Mia device to the application via Wi-Fi using the ESP Touch application.
If Wi-Fi connection fails in the Mia app, the following screen will appear.
If you’re unable to connect to Wi-Fi after multiple attempts, please tap the “If Wi-Fi connection fails repeatedly” button. Then, a button labeled “How to connect Wi-Fi using ESP Touch app” will appear.

For iOS
Search for “ESPTouch” from the App Store, download, and install the application.

Open the application and tap “EspTouch”.
Please note that EspTouch V2 cannot connect.


Confirm the SSID from the ESP Touch screen and enter the password.
Select 1 for Device count and Broadcast.
After completing the entry, tap Confirm at the bottom of the screen.
If successful, “connected the Wi-Fi” will be displayed as shown below.


For Android
Search for “ESPTouch” on the Google Play Store, download, and install the application.
Open the application and tap “EspTouch”. Please note that EspTouch V2 cannot connect.


You will be asked to allow access to location information (only when using the application or only this time).

Confirm the SSID from the ESP Touch screen and enter the password.
Select 1 for Device count and Broadcast.
After completing the entry, tap Confirm at the bottom of the screen.
If successful, you will be notified of completion as shown in the screen below. When you are notified of the completion, the Wi-Fi connection is complete.


After completing the Wi-Fi connection using the ESP Touch app
After the Wi-Fi connection by the ESP Touch application is complete, return to the Mia application screen and click on “Configuration Complete (Go to Home Screen)”.
