Free Repair Policy

(1) If the product malfunctions during the warranty period while being used in accordance with the instruction manual, label attached to the main unit, etc., and if you request repair within the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.
(b) If you wish to request free repair, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product.

(2) Please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product for information on where to request repairs in the event you move.

In principle, the following cases will be charged even within the warranty period.
(a) Malfunction or damage due to incorrect use, improper repair or modification
(b) Malfunction or damage due to transportation, drop, shock, etc.
(c) Malfunction or damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, other natural disasters, pollution, salt damage, gas damage (sulfide gas, etc.), abnormal voltage, unspecified power supply (voltage), etc.
(d) Malfunction or damage caused by installation in a vehicle, ship, etc.
(e) Replacement of batteries or worn or depleted parts
(f) Malfunction or damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than general household use (e.g., commercial use) or use in an operating environment other than that specified
(g) Shipping costs for direct repair or on-site repair shall be borne by the customer.

Please note that personal information provided by customers may be used to provide free repair services within the warranty period and for subsequent safety inspection activities.

This warranty promises free repair under the terms and conditions specified in this document. This warranty does not limit the customer’s legal rights against the party issuing the warranty card (the party responsible for the warranty) or any other party.
If you have any questions about repairs after the warranty period, please contact the distributor from whom you purchased the product.
*Reproduction parts or substitute parts may be used for repair or replacement of the main unit. The replaced unit and reconditioned parts will be returned to the customer.
This warranty is valid only in Japan.
