What do I need to use Mia?

You need an adapter or a PC compatible with a USB Type-C cable.

Is there a monthly fee?

Can I have a two-way chat with Mia?

Currently, two-way chats are not supported.

It is unidirectional and speaks phrases in accordance with various personality patterns and dialects at time intervals set by the user. We may support a two-way chat function in the future, and will notify you when this happens.

Does the smartphone application support iOS or Android?

Both are available. Installed free of charge from the App Store and Google Play Store. iOS 13 and above and Android 8.0 and above are supported.

How long is the manufacturer’s warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty period is 100 days.

The product I received was defective.

If you receive a defective product or encounter any other issues with our store, we will cover the shipping costs and exchange the product for a new one. We will send you a new product with a prepaid shipping label, so please return the defective product using the prepaid shipping label. In the case of a return, we will refund the product price via bank transfer or by canceling the credit card payment.

How will it be packaged and shipped?

The Mea unit will be wrapped in bubble wrap, accompanied by an instruction manual, and shipped by compact courier service or in a paper bag by non-standard mail.

It seems that random playback is possible, but is it possible to play back at intervals of several tens of minutes?

Yes, you can select the “frequency of speech” in the app as follows.

The shortest interval is 5 minutes, and the longest interval is 4 hours.

Is it possible to turn off random playback during the day or at night?

Yes, it is possible. You can set the start and end times in “Settings” → “Talking Time.”
Mea will only talk between the start and end times.

Is it possible to set multiple alarm times (6:40, 7:00, 7:20, etc.)?

Yes, it is possible. With Mea’s original message function, you can set audio playback at any number of times.
