What do I need to use Mia?

Mia is only compatible with USB Type-C and cannot be used with other USB types. Mia is only compatible with USB Type-C and cannot be used with other USB types. internet connection via Wi-Fi is not required, but is necessary if you want to switch dialects or personalities in conjunction with the application.
Is there a monthly fee?
It does not cost.
Future updates of features may result in a monthly fee for premium features.
Can I have a two-way chat with Mia?
Currently, two-way chats are not supported.
It is unidirectional and speaks phrases in accordance with various personality patterns and dialects at time intervals set by the user. We may support a two-way chat function in the future, and will notify you when this happens.
Does the smartphone application support iOS or Android?
Both are available. Installed free of charge from the App Store and Google Play Store. iOS 13 and above and Android 8.0 and above are supported.

For the OS version, please check the device information from the “Settings” application of your smartphone.
The OS version number is different from the model name. Example: If the smartphone at hand is an iPhone 8, it can be used if the OS is up to 13 or higher.
Does the system support multiple units connected under one account?
No, it is currently 1:1 support with one account and one unit.
If you purchase multiple units, you will need to create an account with a different email address for each unit. Therefore, it is basically necessary to install the application on each of the different mobile devices and create separate accounts for each.
In the future, we plan to support multiple connections with a single account.
How long is the manufacturer’s warranty?
The manufacturer’s warranty period is 100 days.
